Mrs. Thi Thach stands next to Tim Sakhorn and KKFYC members at the 9th Session of UNPFII
Before everyone keep telling me how special at the UN Permanent Forum was, and well there is no word for it. This year was the first time that I got the opportunity to meet all the KKF Youths and everyone at the Forum. Being there in the mid of reliving history made my heart sing. It was such an amazing experience for me to represent Khmer Krom among 193 countries from around the world.
It was a great moment for me to work with the KKF Youths, to see them have the talent to handle the work and be responsible and have a great speech to show the world that we are the Indigenous Khmer-Krom people of the Mekong Delta. We want the United Nation to recognize us as an Indigenous people, we want to have access to our Religion, Education and Freedom like other people that living in South Vietnam.
I do my firmly believe that the KKF Youths will continue to help our people and Nation. We have a very strong and genuine historical heritage and culture. We have a realistic way and means to restore our Sovereignty and Freedom sooner or later.
I have been facing so many difficulties and hardship in my life for the cause of our people and for our Nation. I am highly appreciated of all your support. We have no one in this world except the well wishes from the brothers and sisters we meet along the way, through events. Such meeting are not an accident but are real and meaningful.
I will be kindly appreciated if you could connect to your family, friend, brother and sister to be involve to support the KKF so that we can continue to work together to protect our people and Nation.
